Steven is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Global Water team based in UK.

He has extensive international project experience and advises water utilities on strategy assurance, transformation and operational performance improvement projects; Investors on commercial and operational due diligence of water utilities and water service and equipment providers globally; and water equipment and service clients on market growth strategies and M&A opportunities.

Steven holds an MBA from Cambridge and a Master in Aeronautical Engineering from IPSA in France and SYIAE in China, and is fluent in English and French and conversational in Mandarin.
